7.4 If any part of our terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provisions in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Visit Sognefjord Online Booking Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing Visit Sognefjord (VS) for your upcoming adventure. Here you can book activities offered by our suppliers in the region. Here's what you need to know about booking activities through us:
Reservation and Payment:
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation complete with a reservation number. We recommend having a printed or digital copy of the confirmation upon arrival. To book or enter into an agreement with Visit Sognefjord AS, you must be at least 18 years old.
Payment is due at the time of reservation. Visit Sognefjord AS handles the transaction securely, ensuring the correct amount is charged to your account. In case of any issues with your credit card, we will contact you promptly. Your personal information is encrypted for security.
To view your reservation, please log in to My Page (https://my-page.blendbooking.com) with your reference number and the surname used for the booking.
Please note that participating in any activity or tour booked through Sognefjord.no is at your own risk.

Cancellations/Changes:
For changes or cancellations to your booking, please contact Visit Sognefjord by email to post@sognefjord.no.
For cancellations of products booked through our website, we refer to the cancellation rules and fees set by the supplier. Please review supplier terms upon booking. Cancellations after deadline is considered no-show and will not be refunded.
Illness: If illness occurs after the cancellation deadline, we will fully charge the customer. Claims must be made through your personal travel insurance.
Cancellations/Substantial Changes by Us:
In case of circumstances beyond our, or our supplier’s control, such as weather or breakdowns, we may need to cancel or make substantial changes to your trip. If you decline alternative arrangements, you'll receive a full refund. Minor adjustments may occur due to weather or ground conditions to enhance your experience.
Force Majeure:
Visit Sognefjord’s suppliers reserves the right to cancel activities / trips, due to unforeseen circumstances that means the conditions they operate under are affected, or according to Force Majeure. Force Majeure can be weather, floods, snow, ice, landslides, and other factors that make the activity / trip a hazard for customers, staff, and equipment. Prepayments will be refunded in case of force majeure cancellations.
Kindly note that Visit Sognefjord bears no responsibility for reimbursing any expenses incurred due to delays, adverse weather conditions, or the cancellation of tours during your visit.
Insurance
We advise all customers to have adequate travel insurance coverage for their trip. This should include insurances for illness, luggage, accident, liability, etc.
Our Suppliers:
We ensure that our suppliers are paid for the services you've booked through us. They are responsible for their respective parts of your itinerary, including insurance and compliance with regulations.
