Lærdal is not just a destination; it's a starting point for your adventure between Norway's biggest cities, Oslo and Bergen.

Whether you arrive by car or bus, the journey itself is a treat, with views that will stay with you forever. The main road between Bergen and Oslo goes trough Lærdal. The bus connections ar very frequent since you can jump on/off the busses who drives trough the valley. 

Nearest airport is in Sogndal 40 minutes drive by car, away. You could also combine your trip with train to Gol or Myrdal and connect with buss. Maybe it suits you with the expressboat from Flåm or Sogndal.
