Sognefjellshytta is located at 1,400 m.a.s.l. at the highest point on the Sognefjellsvegen, Northern Europe's highest mountain pass.

At Sognefjellshytta you will have view towards Smørstabbtindane, Fannråken and Hurrungane! The cabin is located in the middle of Sognefjellet, with great hiking opportunities all year round. Sognefjellshytta is a good starting point for trips to Fannaråken and Smørstabbrean.

Easter at Sognefjellet often consists of bright sun and fine ski tracks. The ski tracks is just outside the door step. Our trail machine runs tracks as needed, so there are always freshly ridden trails!

Stay at comfortable rooms with shower and toilet with made-up beds or rooms with a simpler standard. In rooms with a simple standard, the beds are made up. Here there is a sink in the room. There is a shower in the basement and a toilet in the corridor on the same floor as the room.
