Amble gård / Cottages for rent

About

Amblegaard is situated in Kaupanger (Sogndal community) in the inner part of Sognefjord, in the heart of "Fjord Norway".

We have seven different, but traditional houses/ cottages for rent. Five of the holiday houses are in old traditional style and two of the houses are new and were built in 2011.  There are beautiful views from all the houses/ cottages to the Sognefjord and mountains.

Fishing and Boats

There are rowing boats laying by the Sognefjord, which you can use free as guests in our holiday houses.

Guests in our hooliday houses can also rent motorboats for NOK 200 per day + gasoline.

On the estate there are lakes, where you can catch trout. As our guest you do not have to pay fishing license. By one of the lakes is the old mountain farm, which is at your disposal.
