In Sognefjord we offer many different events, such as music-, sports-, and jazz-festivals, local markets in many of the small villages by the fjord and much more.
The Mountain Sports Festival is held annually in the small village of Sogndal by the worlds most iconic fjord, the Sognefjorden in February. The idea of the festival is to have fun in the powder snow on the mountains and at the same time obtain knowledge about how to be safe while at it.
The Jazz festival is located at Kviknes Hotel in Balestrand and has grown with the years, and both national and international stars has taken the trip to Norways most beautiful music festival in May.
Gamalostfestival, The Old Cheese festival is held in Vik and is a copious weekend festival full of adventures for big and small.
